The project has 10 floors. 8 of them are residences and 2 of them are parking garages.

Parking is available only in 2+1 and 3+1 flats.

There will be a super market in the road way shop of the project.

At the entrance of the building, a reception and waiting area will meet the residents and guests of the flat.

The building materials used in the project are 1st class.

Cloakroom (coat rack) will be ready in the flats.

Flat floors will be laminated parquet.

Project infrastructure network is fiber internet.

Audio and video intercom will be available.

There will be 24/7 security cameras.

A porter will be available (will pick up the garbage at the door).
